Tony oversees all aspects of the business encompassing the supervision of up to 70 employees, subcontractors, union personnel and managing all technical and field operations. Along with the daily operations of the entire general contracting and construction management organization, Mr. Quinn bids and negotiates on all work contracts which includes purchasing capital equipment and raw materials. Mr. Quinn's expertise at resource management enables TNT to complete all projects on time, within budget and many times under budget.
TNT was founded in 1989 by Donna A. Jabbour and since has been a closely held commercial construction company serving government, airports, corporate and private clientele. Ms Jabbor has maintained M/WBE certification from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Nassau County and Suffolk County, along with membership in the JFK International Airport Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Jabbor is the primary contact to owner/client, lender, governmental and participants in the construction process. She works with the local, state and federal officials to insure regulatory compliance on all projects along with monitoring compliance with codes and health and safety requirements. She is the backbone of TNT Industries.
